Coaching is a process that requires commitment and time. Typically, engagements can last from 12 weeks to a year or more, allowing us to build momentum and achieve meaningful progress. We will meet regularly via Zoom for 45 minute sessions. Additionally, you’ll have unlimited access to support between sessions through email and phone, ensuring you have guidance whenever it’s needed.

For those projects that involve broader team efforts, we can extend our coaching to include other members of your team, ensuring alignment and cohesion across your organisation.
