Some weeks ago I posted a question in a YouTube video. As simple as the upload process seemed somehow the system managed to get audio and video out of sync. Beyond that technical glitch I received a number of responses, some about the way I was filming myself, including the advise not to do that! And some of the responses were about the content of the question. So Today a second attempt to deliver a question in a video:
The question of Today is around processes and best practices for alliances. I often meet people who claim they don’t need a process to do alliances right. Alliances is collaboration, we just do that. Still many alliances fail for reasons that could have been prevented. So what do you think, do we need a process or best practices implemented to do alliances right, or just do it?
