Mark Hunter has an impressive background as investigative journalist before joining INSEAD in 2001. At INSEAD Mark participated in the Managing Partnerships and Strategic Alliance class for many years and is now Adjunct Professor at the INSEAD Social Innovation Center. There his work includes partnership issues.
In this alliance conversation I talk to Mark extensively about analyzing partners before and during the alliance. Mark shares a simple, yet powerful, tool to keep track of things, an element often overlooked.
You can find out more about Mark on his website, were also a report that Mark wrote for UNESCO can be downloaded. The report, “Story-Based Inquiry” is the result of 10 years research that discusses the same field of research as can be applied to alliances.
